Your account
You need an account to use heyCreatr. Keep your login and API keys safe; you're responsible for what happens under your account. If you invite others into your organisation, you're responsible for their use too.
The plan and what it costs
heyCreatr costs 39 EUR per month and includes every feature. The plan does not include AI generations. Those run on your own provider accounts and are billed by the providers directly.
Your own provider accounts
To generate anything you need your own AtlasCloud account and API key. An ElevenLabs account is optional. You have a separate agreement with each provider, you pay them directly, and their terms apply to what you send through your keys. Model availability, quality and prices are set by the providers and can change. We are not responsible for provider charges, outages or content refusals.
What you make is yours
You keep the rights to what you put in and what you make with heyCreatr. You give us permission to store and process it only as needed to run the service for you. We don't use your content to train AI models.
People on camera
Only upload photos, footage or voices of real people if it is you or you have that person's permission, and only use the result in ways they have agreed to. Don't use heyCreatr to impersonate anyone, deceive people about who is speaking, or create sexual, harassing or unlawful content about a real person.
Acceptable use
Don't use heyCreatr to break the law, infringe anyone's rights, spread malware, or overload or probe the service. Respect the providers' own usage policies. We may suspend an account that breaks these rules.
Availability and changes
We work to keep heyCreatr available and every job visible, but we can't promise uninterrupted service. We may change or improve features; if a change significantly reduces what you pay for, we'll tell you in advance.
Liability
heyCreatr is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer under mandatory law.
Law
These terms are governed by Danish law. Disputes go to the Danish courts, unless mandatory consumer law gives you another venue.
